·     Route 40/Route 72 Intersection Improvements: Construction is ongoing (primarily replacing the culvert over the Belltown Run stream. Route 72 is closed north of Route 40 and there is a detour in place. We expect to have 72 reopened by the end of the month. We do anticipate a closure of 72 between 40 and Rue Madora in the summer of 2019, along with short term closures of Rue Madora, Fox Run Circle, and Del Laws road during later phases of the project.

·     Route 72/Old Baltimore Pike Intersection: Construction is substantially complete. There are still a few punch list items to be completed, which we expect to be wrapped up in the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Route 141/I-95 Ramp Interchange Project
DelDOT has been working on this project since August, and there have been several lane closures since the start of this project. The project is supposed to be completed by October 2018, weather permitting. However, I wanted to make you aware of this project in case there are any more closures from now until the completion date. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me or DelDOT. Please travel accordingly.
