It’s Not Too Late to Respond to the 2020 Census-Here’s How !

The Census Bureau wants to count everyone accurately while supporting efforts to protect the health and safety of the American public and the Census Bureau team. Current times are unprecedented, but they also present an opportunity to reach families digitally across the nation and work towards keeping the 2020 Census in the conversation.  It has never been easier to respond to the census and to help promote the census from your own home.

Digital Action Weekend, May 1-3rd

Please use #2020Census when posting on all of your social platforms.

It’s not too late to respond to the 2020 Census while being safe and practicing social distancing at home. Once you have responded, please encourage your family, friends and loved ones to complete the census, too.

Please help us spread the word about the 2020 Census, encourage people you know to respond on their own if they haven’t yet done so.  Everybody needs to be counted, monies that States and Local Governments receive to help their residents depends on the Census Count!! Please be counted

Phone Scam – Please Read

This is a message from the Delaware City Police Department regarding a phone scam in the area.
A recent phone scam in the area has individuals representing themselves as employees of the Social Security Administration, Federal Marshall’s Service, or Sheriff’s Department contacting citizens to inform them their social security checks have been stopped or their is a warrant out for their arrest. The scammers then demand for their victim’s to call them and provide them personal information about themselves.
This is a scam! I repeat, this is a scam. Do not provide any personal information to anyone you do not know. Do not return phone messages left on your phone.
